I've run into an issue with money .. at some point after starting F rank missions, negative income starts .. didn't notice until suddenly I couldn't afford anything.

Sorry for that issue, it is due to handing over bandits at Monbourg's prison. It is fixed with version 1.10 that has been released on Patreon and SubscribeStar. It will be released here in a month now.

Meanwhile, if you have a save before handing over the bandits, you should be able to continue by loading it.
