One of the stars requires you to die to the Badli head in night 7, the other star requires you to find a secret in Badli's description in the "More Stuff" menu, and the last one requires you to beat night 7. After that, something special happens...
(also there is no save code for all 5 stars so you'll have to do the work yourself)

Sorry I've just been busy with other stuff, but I just tried the game to see why you didn't do night 7.... As it turns out the game is glitched and you literally can't get to night 7 without the save code. Sorry for the confusion and struggle! This game is old and I don't play it so I just assumed night 7 worked, which is entirely my fault. You'll have to enter the night 7 save code to get there. I don't have the game's files on my PC anymore so I can't update the glitch.
