I watched Argsy bale this morning without issues. Try a different baler.
I used the ingame kuhn and a molded kuhn baler. There was all sorts of errors about not a selectable bake. I had the same problem on my map and fixed it.

thankyou I figured that after I said it and was looking through the nap files and only seen round bale textures
