one last thing, will the ST3 Contain multiplayer stuff (sandbox, etc...) or will it be the campaign?
campaign first then multiplayer with all the gamemodes, the campaign has been half done for a while, and for multiplayer i cant really start yet as getting the project files with working scripts is really annoying
