Pretty new to using blender, not sure if it's a blender or model problem but how do I unhide the penis? When I select meowtooth in the top left it says "Peenhide : Soloed"
It is a shape key. There is a section in the bottom right (a green triangle icon) where you'll find the shapekeys. And there'll be a shape key that says "PeenHide" with a value on the right of it being 1.000. All you need to do is click on the value and type zero or hold it and swipe to the left.
