This kicks off with some interesting sound design and textures before taking me by surprise and leaning heavily into an orchestral piece. The layering here is gorgeous - mixed really well, and the crescendos and swells are really well done. Seamless at points, even. It creates this wonderful orchestral bed that is just so easy to get lost in. Opting to round the piece out with a piano taking the lead while other instruments defer to support the lines was really clever and helps turn the track rather pensive by the end.  Can hear this playing beneath so many important cutscenes in a game, or serving as a prelude to the credits. Very evocative piece. Great work!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and detailed response. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it ( ; w ; )
I really like the piano part too btw. At first, I planned to do a solo piece, but I got addicted to writing solo cello with legato support. lol
