Ooh a tracker piece! I love the idea of using them but can never quite wrap my head around it.
Before even reading the description, Ecco the Dolphin was the first thing that came to mind. Effortlessly captures that same underwater vibe; a vast open expanse of water, dark depths concealing who knows what. Nails that kind of mystique that came with that game, and I love how it simultaneously feels as though it could function as an early PS1 title, too. Choice of soundscape is great and I really like the use of the water SFX to further sell that ocean vibe.
All in all this made for an enjoyable listen - I think my favorite of the two is Into the Blue, but that latter half of Predators is genuinely super groovy and enjoyable to listen. Bordering on some breakcore sounding pads and progressions at points! Good work.
