Odd, never heard of this issue yet, can you provide more details on the matter? 1. What OS do you use? 2. Can you send a screenshot? 3. did it happen in other games / free version?

Possible solutions:

1. Try running the game on another OS (PC / Android / Mac / Linux)

2. Try running the Android version on blue stacks (Bluestacks.com)

3. If nothing works, let me know and I'll issue a refund.

No on the other games i have never had this problem before i will try for the Bluestacks.com solution and will keep you informed but for now i don't have any other pc to try

We can try to investigate, but that would require you to provide more details about your PC, maybe your graphics card is not integrated, or you don't have a grphics card at all?
