I'm sorry, but I don't really know why the game wouldn't be working on that specific device and working fine on others. I'd recommend making sure you can install developer apks, as this isn't a Google Play app.
I downloaded many apps from itch amd I dont think it is a developer app problem because google play doesnt even recognize any of the apps on download here.
