How do I change the stats? I now that it can be locked, but how do I make it, for example, bigger?

Randomize the stats until you have one that you like (for example, you only like speed which is let's say A), then you lock that one (so you click the button next to the speed stat, and if you want to lock anything else do that as well) and keep on randomizing until you get another stat, lock it in, repeat.
