I don’t know what Mush Go Deeper is, and I’m not entirely sure I should know.
You start the game, and within minutes, you're spiraling into something — a tunnel, a thought, a memory, who knows. There’s no tutorial, no “objective complete,” no hand-holding. Just vibes. Strange, pulsing, brain-tickling vibes.
The first thing that hits you is the aesthetic. It’s low-res, janky in a deliberate way, like it was coded in a fever dream by someone who hasn’t slept in days. The colors are off, the shapes are weird, and the music (if you can call it that) sounds like lo-fi beats for dissolving into the void.
Gameplay? You move. You go deeper. Mush-ier. Gravity is optional. Logic is optional. Sanity is definitely optional. You might think you're making progress, but progress in this game feels like sinking in molasses while someone whispers cryptic messages in your ear.
