THOSE people are back. The people that think they have a right to dictate what adults can create, market or pay for in a fictional work.
I'll be honest: no offense to Zerat, but I'd never buy this game normally. Not because it offends me in any way, but just because it appears to be yet another "pose some models and crank out a VN" game, of which there are hundreds on Itch, none very impressive. But now I am buying, and paying double.
Fuck whiny pieces of shit that think they should dictate how adults relate to creative expression, in games or otherwise. I hope Zerat buys a yacht with the money he makes off this "controversy". Hatred made FAR more than it ever would have without the fake angst around it. I have no doubt this will be the same. These people never learn.
Edit: It appears at least one download source has already been burned through due to demand (secondary one is working as of posting this). Yeah, as long as Itch doesn't pussy out like Steam, this attempt at muzzling creative freedom may be the best thing that ever happened to Zerat.
