We haven't heard similar issues from other users. Does this only happen to Soulmate? Can you try to reinstall the game? Sometimes the installation process can go wrong and result in black screen

Hey, I just watched it. Did you solve this issue? I will refund you if you don't have a PC to run SideQuest or can't find the game from an unknown source.
