The console is a patron only feature. if you happen to already be a patron make sure your using the patron version of the game by checking if the version indicator ends with a p. if so you can access the console by pressing ~
tokens are rewarded on upon total transformation. Though there was a bug in the first version of this update that didn't get fixed for a few weeks which caused no tokens to be rewarded. its (should be) fixed as of version 0.9.0.4. this update also hopefully made the game easier as there was a unintended enemy crowding problem. So yeah, hope this helps!
