I am using a second save that I made which is what I mainly use now. The first one was from the first thirty minutes of playing the game, where I accidentally used a different save after and just never went back.
Also, I learned after I made this bug report, the whole Lust Rena bug just undid itself when I left the Flesh area entirely. So that is a relief on my part
