I just had one issue with it--the rules for habits is that you get 1XP per circle, correct? Would you only be able to earn up to 6XP per day in that case (and have to trade for the rest)?

You're correct about the XP. However! Think of it as a starting point - you do have some levers to help balance if it becomes limiting. You could:
At your monthly reset you'll do a lot of this type of balancing, but don't be afraid to make some adjustments in your first month as you get up to speed. Hope that helps!
