Got around to finish it overall very nice. Personal favorite out of the 3 would be Jealous mother. For island survival the logic of not going vaginally made sense.
The themes overall of the three of mother seducing son, son seducing mother and for the last story the male MC was in fact a piece of shit that should have been put in his place a long time ago. One nitpick I do have of the first story would be why didnt the mom let her son finish inside her? If she wants to be her woman would she want to take all of him even his sperm to cement herself as the woman of his life?

On the other hand, about the jealous mother, you could be right, but it is not so easy, she stated that she did not want anyone else but her son, in a kind of obsession, she does not want a family, she wants him, and remember that she comes wounded from an abandonment that left her alone with a baby, she does not have a good experience forming a home, then to advance along that path would be the work of the protagonist, which is not a bad path, since unhealthy jealousy can be a big problem and the path that you mention could be a very good option to heal that issue.
