Hey there! I bought this recently and have been very pleased... My only issue is that the knot doesn't actually go in. I did scale it down, would that have anything to do with it?
Unfortunately, that didn't really work. The knot still doesn't really do much so I scaled it back down to the size i had it. It also wouldn't let me shrink it in the little size slider.
