The key difference between free version and other versions is that it doesnt feature any lewd content except in-game grapple/taunt scenes, has the locked gallery in-game and won't be updated any further as the game progresses as it's purpose is to let people get to know to the product before buying so they can see what they pay for!

(PAID VERSION) The paid version on itch.io is usually features most content that regular player need, excluding the patreon exclusive content, yet it's usually couple versions away from the latest patreon release. However, bought once, itch grants you that all the further updates for itch will be free for you! For now paid version as compared to free features: a full replay gallery where you can revisit scenes, or see which scenes and content you haven't unlocked yet and access to all the scenes and lewd content! (2 gameover scenes, 3 pre-rendered tape loops, 4 in-game lewd encounters and taunt animations)

(PATREON ONLY) A patreon releases usually features the patreon exclusive content like cheats or future content to be seen yet! It has the latest versions, different platform support IN THE FUTURE (android for example) and patreon tiers get to vote in community poll events to choose the project's future update direction!. For now patreon version as compared to paid features: a command console that allows you to use cheats (instantly beat chapters, wallhacks, speedhacks, noclip and much more), allows you to spawn items, props, ragdolls, etc. It also allows posing/interacting with the ragdolls, so players can turn the game into a partial sandbox!
