The game doesn't seem to allow precum to be sold
Make sure you have a company selected when you do the sale! If it still doesnt work lemme know and I'll check for bugs :)

You also have to select a quantity to sell
And where can I specify how much I need to sell?
in the sell section there is an spot that says amount you type it in there
