Game does not function on windows 10 I believe, simply provides a window that states file not found after creating a bunch of temp files in the folder itself.
The only reason that would happen is if the "Data" folder wasn't with the extracted files or the code was not leading to the right place. I can check the code to see if the correct file is being read and release a patch later.
