Are you sure its the necklace item causing this? I can't make any changes either and I don't have any necklace items, or much in the way of clothing at all.
Fairly certain. I loaded a new game and speed ran to the mission without picking up a necklace item and did not have the error occur. There could be some other trigger I’m not aware about.
