Are you looking for paid work, or unpaid work?

I'm making a free demo for a game (in GameMaker, not Godot), and would like to get a programmer to work on the coding for free before I hire someone else to do the programming in a paid position. I need more time to finish the game's art, animation, and soundtrack, all of which I'm doing myself.

GameMaker's programming language, GML, is not that different from C++, and since you said you're open to learning new engines and programming languages, I figured I ask.  You just have to not want to quit if you find that you don't like learning GameMaker.

If you want to do the programming, you will need to have GitHub, and be able to easily read and build off of my own GML code, since I've already done a good chunk of the demo's programming myself. Also, my game is pretty weird.

If you're looking for unpaid work and are interested, I'll discuss the game with you in more detail.
