at the first screen of the town, at night and gold is with poe and how tfk you managed to get dragons before cecilia?
If I remember, the 'hey Kitty's quest is the quest where you talk with Cecilia at night, but if you fuck up ( be rude in bathroom ) you don't have enough relationship to talk with her
