Cool little game. I’m always interested in these quick skirmish games so I’m glad I found it.

I have 2 q’s -
1. I make a melee attack. I use one of my opponents 3 dice and miss. What happens to the die I used to roll? Does it go back to the opponent or do they only have 2 dice left.

2. Same scenario as above but I hit. Do I remove just the die I used for the attack or an additional die?

Not the author, but I’m pretty sure you roll the ATTACKER’S die when you melee or ranged attack, removing it from their pool, and if you hit, you remove one of the DEFENDER’S dice; and if they’re reduced to 0 dice or had no dice before defending (due to using up their dice to attack), they’re dead.
