@mkhbros56yt Hey, you should be able to download it if you click the arrow in the top right next to your name. Go to My Library and then Purchases.

I ran into a staff only closet and apparently time ran out since the lights went off, and suddenly I was stuck in a wall and could see outside and the manager was running at me in slow motion.
