i cant find where it says save as shortcut i searched everywhere in the toolbar

so I figured out why i couldn’t do the add shortcut it was because I wasn’t signed into drive. So i added the shortcut to drive and it’s saved as a zip right now, how to I download it like that to where i can play it?
