Download the apk, then run it in whatever file access or downloads tab you have on your device. It should run and install automatically, just remember to delete the apk after installation's done to save space.
Are you sure you downloaded the Android version? The PC version would require you to extract the files, but as far as I'm aware the Android version should extract it automatically once you run the apk, so long as your device has Android 12 or better as its OS.
I dunno what to tell you then man, sorry that I couldn't help you. Never had an issue with installations on my phone before, but there should be guides online to help.
