I think there's a bug with the CG room in the current version (25.03.03).
Girls just won't get pregnant when replaying scenes, even though the tutorial in the academy ("- If a character isn't pregnant, and you replay a scene with a vaginal cumshot, it's possible that she gets pregnant in the scene") and the first time you open the CG room ("... Replaying a scene can get the girl pregnant if it's possible in the scene and hasn't happened already ...") states otherwise.
I tried for over an hour with Louise and several times with other girls from different pages (Zady (Central 1), Worilla & Magdalene (Central 2), Vivian & Louise (Central 3), Ellanore (Elves 1), Demoness & Libelle (Begus 1) and Grey (Others 1)) without any luck. Fertility potions don't help either.
Normal scenes (not in the CG room) work fine and girls can get pregnant (fertility potions also seem to work fine), but not all scenes can be repeated in-game which locks some girl out of being pregnant if you're unlucky the first time (like the maid Louise or Vivians sex scene).
Oh, and would it be possible to upgrade / enhance the CG room to replay the whole scenes (with text/conversation and maybe even some background image) instead of just showing the CGs on a black background?

btw, i'm playing on android but exporting that save to windows doesn't fix it
