pretty simple to be honest when you get pregnant (by getting fucked and getting seeded in the womb) after that you will get a warning that you might get pregnant after it the pregnancy progresses for several days and you can instead of waiting it you can skip the time and birth right away (at the nursery she gives you the option and its not Dr quin its on the left) or you can just wait it out tho it gives some stamina and strength debuffs when you are ready just go to the same nerse and deliver it naturally getting the exp either way and the perk tree of birthing can be quite good actually for those who can't go take the apple from the garden there is a skill that makes that nurse give you an apple each day (a great way to get the apple without fighting Nova)at least this is the normal pregnancies cycle but for spical pregnancies......well I don't know shit about it
