I guess it's possible, but considering the last scene this update was him deliberately(?) bending over in front of Yuuichi to grab his backpack for him, then smirking at his reaction, it's probably not likely, but who knows.
I mean yeah, but I'm thinking about "that smirk could've been him realizing that yuuichi got into him so he might take advantage of that against shoichi(?) maybe"
