Well, the thing is that the game is very much focused on the included fetishes, it's not really your standard adult game in the sense that sex is the focus. So an option to skip will likely not be implemented. Perhaps that's not your thing, the game is just targeted for a certain audience, if that makes sense. :)
As for Discord, I can assure you the link should work, perhaps try with a different browser or such?
