Hi hi!!! Loved the game soooooo much! The art, characters and everything ^^ expecially Dr Nightshade..and about that, i was REALLY interested in reading a book with the same vibe as his, got any recommendations about it? With all the sci-fi, crazy scientist vibe?? Cause as i said..i would really like it! Hope this game gets the recognition it deserves cause it's a REALLY good<33 thanks for making the game!
Thank you, we’re happy to hear you liked it so much! For book recommendations, that’s tough! We drew a lot of inspiration from 20th century science fiction, especially authors like H.G. Wells, Ursula K. Le Guin and George Orwell, while trying to also capture the campy aesthetics of lesser acclaimed scifi from the same period. One of our ranks recommends the Johannes Cabal series for a similar protagonist personality and sense of humor, though it’s more fantasy than scifi. Your comment also led us to debate if Goethe’s Faust can be considered scifi, lol
