Assuming u have everyone else unlocked (ie gwen/sky harem agteement... . Scene is night before kei goes "missing" (trying not spoil anything) Sky comes over cuz u can't sleep to check in.
It's the first option in episode 4. Scene / option before was talking to moon... Freya just opened the letter. Hope this helps....
