Chapter 7 is part of the 4.5.8 build. The 4.7.1 build was a stand-alone version of the chapter. Don't worry about the version numbers, you aren't missing any part of the story.
Whenever I play, though, it ends off at the part right after where we reunite and Caelan cooks the dish and I cant seem to find anything between that and chapter 8. I was looking around a bit and I'm pretty sure thats not supposed to be the case?
The next part of the story is in the 0.13 build. You have to manually select chapter 9 to resume the story in the right place. If you just click on start it jumps you into chapter 13. Really threw me for a loop and I ended up doing the same search as you trying to finding the missing parts.
You can ignore the chapter 8 standalone. It's part of the 0.13 build where it's chapter 10 now. Build 0.13 picks up exactly where build 4.5.8 ended. There's nothing else between.
