Due to limited resources, I’ll only be able to consider adding other language options after the full release of the game.
Once it’s available on Steam, I believe it should be purchasable in Germany.

Thank you for your reply! I just wanted to point out that in Germany, an age rating is now required for the official distribution of games. Without an appropriate classification (e.g., through the USK or the IARC system on Steam), the game might not be officially available here.
It would be great if you could consider this for a future release! I'm really looking forward to the game.
