Okay, so I just wanted to give an update even though I can't find out what's happening. basically, in the chapter 3 file, there's an image with binary and some weird symbols, idk what they are, may be wingdings? But if you flip it horizontally, you get half of a long set of binary. If you go to chapter 5, there's an .wav file. When converted into .mp3 file and ran through a spectrogram, you get a website link. (https://ibb.co/GH1NRCF) This picture is the other half of the binary code. If you flip it 180 degrees, then put it on top of the chapter 3 file image, erasing the Isaac then painfully typing it out into a binary cipher, you get the neocities lick in my last reply.
