This is nitpicking but ever thought of enabling "Ragdoll Collisions"? The models just clip between each other and even the limbs on a ragdoll just seem to clip and have no collisions.
Yes. It's a pending feature. I will add an option for that in the settings menu, but I don't have a date for that. Right now collisions between ragdolls do work, but they get disabled after some moments as a way to optimize the game.
