I honestly fear it too cause I think the only way we could make it work is if we don't work on it at the same time since Unreal Engine 4 doesn't allow this to be done.
At best I think I could send you the project files, you then do something with it and give it back to me when you are done (Unless you have a better idea but you don't need to agree, it's your choice).
