Defiantly want to get what you mentioned in, even looking at adding slight animations, like swaying to reacting to being hit.
Main bottle neck is just the art side of things.
Side note I have never heard of being testicular impregnated before, but Ill add it to the list! Any other ideas feel free to throw them out there!
I've gotten this far using AI art as a placeholder, but its pretty much reached its limit. Good news is I've gotten some help form the community with doing art, and I'm working with an artist so should have some things come in next couple weeks.
