I mean, Sylvan would like him (as friends) but she's used to people being friendly or energetic that she doesn't know how to deal with people like Leonard. I can still see her being friendly but she just wouldn't really know how to act around him
I don't have to explain anything for Hiro, they obviously won't get along at all. Honestly, I think Hiro would be kinda terrified of Leonard bc of how intimidating he looks
