Is there someway I can get mods for the non-steam version just the standalone?

you need to download all 12 zip files if you want the larger one then you put them into \AppData\LocalLow\ArchivalEugeneNaelstrof\ChurnVector\mods

you want to make sure it is the mod folder name (jade CV (Manned Wolf)) should look like in the picture

if everything looks like mine you should just need to run it, might need to grab the mod manager to toggle them since it will only take one mod of each and apply it but the maps should take

PS. make sure they are in the appdata folder and not the games mod folder

i put the exe in the same location as the game exe and make sure Needs .NET 8 is installed then you just run the CVmodmanager.exe and its pretty simple

I don't know if I'm right with the folder names, because I activate the first folder and in the game at the city level the entire screen appears black, and the second folder doesn't work.
