You can look through tags on this site, like interactive fiction games made with twine.
Interact-if has collected interactive fiction games on this site, although I don't think it's been updated for a while.
I also have a interactive fiction collection on my profile of my favourite games if you want to take a look.
Elsewhere, you can look up Choice of Games, Hosted Games, and Heart's Choice. They all have apps on the app store with completed IFs. They also have a forum that has WIPs/demos too.
You can also look at the #interactivefiction tag on Tumblr to find more games, although there's a lot without demos.
