just about a ton of different ways you could go about to give your game a narrative that could end up generating comments /feedback & more downloads for you ,
you could use chatgpt & refine it some more if you wish to keep the ai tag off your page.

Hello, thanks for your feedback! The game is currently very early in development so it's lacking in a lot of areas including narrative haha, I have a lot planned for the future though including a storyline. I am a game development student in university so unfortunately I can only work on it every few weeks during project week. Week 4 of progress is now done though! (Improvements and additions to enemies)
