upgrate your cell, get a slave go to sleep, if not work do the same thing go to sleep a couple of time
on my main I hade a few slaves and I sleept for like 4 or 5 or 6 days
To get to the black market, a slave has to get to a certain level of training in their path (Around level 5). Sleeping after that will trigger the lux scene to grant access to the black market!
