there is few issues with game one perks dont work say you cant get pregant but i already pregant out of nowhere i dont get it and wish there was chastity belt for female but i see is for male but not for female confuseing at this point and
2nd i still dont know what i suppose to do with computer connect to chastity cage cant see what to do not giving me any tips on how todo it if someone know how find walkthur it would be helpful get that one mission done out the way
first time playing this game become a mess because cant fight them off they overpower you like it unfair that you level 1 vs level10 dude and you lost and cant stop them from ripping your cloth off and messing with bottom p area and ended up getting pregant in less than 40 mini with npc tieing you up and there was perks avoid pregant but doesnt work not sure what went wrong it maybe i should find mods and see if that fix it and pregant give you big debuff make you weakness and other take advanted of you easily
First issue: Infertile Perk & Female Chastity
The infertile perk at the beginning of the game should prevent vaginal pregnancy however, without personally testing it, it may not prevent anal pregnancy if the anus (with Womb) option was also picked. Condoms are also an option and in the orginal options menu on the main screen before entering the game, there is an checkbox to turn off risky condoms, meaning that they will never fail.
The chastity belt is not an item currently available without the Debug menu. In debug there are two main chastity belts belonging to NNPCs, Vion and Artica. Both work the same, blocking the vagina but unaccessible through normal routes.
Second Issue: Vion Hacking Quest Chain
The Vion quest is notoriously difficult. Further down in the comments, a couple months ago, commentor Noblotus posted how to solve it.
"1. and only option after beginning -> help -> send -> probe -> send -> connect 3 (you need to click on the butten "NUMPAD" in the corner to wirte the 3) -> send -> help -> send -> unlock block (need to write manuel by clicking on "KEYBORD" in the corner) this is to skip the rest of this minigame. When you dont want to skip you can ignor this and follow this steps (not necessary for anything) -> unlock -> send -> monitor (remamber the green numbers in [] -> send -> strscan -> lock for the rigth grenn numbers in [] -> unlock (word behind the grenn numbers)"
Essentially: Enter Hacking Scene >> Help >> Send >> Probe >> Send >> Connect "3" >> Send >> Unlock >> Monitor [Remember Green Numbers] >> Send >> Strscan >> [Look for matching green number strand] >> Unlock "Word behind matching Strscan"
... or to do the skip the mini game: Enter Hacking Scene >> Help >> Send >> Probe >> Send >> Connect "3" >> Send >> Unlock "Block"
thank that helped i happend to find older comment back few years agos same thing you say it was helpfull they say try connect to 3 them unlock block that all i did that got quest finsiehd off 2nd require lock cuff hand n leg which got that from being caught from enter area off limited and unlock my self n went back have to fight him and lock him up that quest is done and dont see anymore other quest

Those are most of the main quests currently implemented. However, based on the Rahi's work so far, there will be two more main quest chains added soon. There are other mods which add more content (See the Alex mod) but most do not compare to the original just based on scale.
Additionally, didn't see the lux and mirri quest chain on the list. It requires enslaving an NPC and ranking them up to level five then going to sleep to activate the first scene. Pretty good content and should take a while longer than the previous ones with having to rank up the black market through selling slaves in order to progress the storyline. Hope this helps!
