Just like for towards Maeve, Blythe sees anyone she likes as "cute", and MianMian is NO exception 😌. Blythe sees MianMian as like a baby sister and wants to protect her with all her might! Buttt.. MianMian's hair reminds Blythe of her old ex-friends who she does NOT like (They used to wear twintails) so she sometimes feels uneasy with her 😓😓 But she does like MianMian a lot!!
THAT'S SO CUTE- But!- i feel like i could do some angst with It...😇 LIKE, MianMian is not that expressive but she's very perceptive, so, when Blythe sometimes feel uneasy around MianMian, she'll probably think It's because she was misinterpreted (cuz of her inexpressive face most of the time) and start to feel guilty, also, flashbacks of when the kids of her old school used to call her mean things(she's insecure of that) about it and excluding her.😰😰
dude i just know Jude would DIE to be friends with her they would get along so well but he could never approach her 😞 i feel like they could be close friends at step 3 if they met (Jude is more friendly at step 2 but he still doesnt step out of his bubble so), if not he'd still definitely approach her to say "OH HEY i had the fattest friend crush on you as a kid AND YOUR HAIR IS REALLY PRETTY-" and run back to where he came from
as for Fio i think she would want to be friends with her too BUT THEY ACTUALLY WOULD BE and she would think MianMian is really beautiful the first time they meet but she couldnt say it out of shyness EVEN after being friends 😭 also Fio has a really bad emo phase on step 2 so they'd look like those opposite aesthetic friends in school lmao
SO CUTE!! I think MianMian would find Jude very cute, they could actually be friends! She usually sits beside quiet kids most of the time, i could imagine they'd always sit beside eachother in silence until Step 2 when he says that and RUN, MianMian would befriend him right away on the next day, like, he's so sweet, please, let's talk and be friends!! 🥹🥹
For Fio, THAT'S SO SWEET, MIANMIAN AND HER WOULD BE THE DIFERENT AESTHETICS LIKE MARCELINE AND PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM!!! MianMian would love seeing her in that phase, ngl, cause she would always say that "she's really pretty"; MianMian LOVES fashion, diferent styles and ALL, she would love buying new clothes with Fio, MianMian and Fio could be besties!! 🫶🫶🫶
Mari would find her nice, if not a bit unsettling due to her fashion style (it’s not bad it’s just that she doesn’t trust people who have the time to dress like Pinterest 😭) otherwise she would probably be casual friends, nothing more
Kel would be besties with her. ( as per my professional opinion and the relationship chart made a few days ago ) they’d go out shopping for clothes trust

I think Sylvan and MianMian would really get along! Sylvan stuggles with academics so I think MianMian would try and help her study and understand things she's confused/unsure about. Also I can imagine Sylvan sneaking her sweets as a way to show gratittude, knowing about her sweet tooth! Also I think they could help each other grow like MianMian learning to open up more, and Sylvan finding better ways to manage her studies without losing sight of her dream. Also like Sylvan, MianMian seems to be really fashionable (love the fit girl) so Sylvan could make some clothes or accesories for her!!
For Hiro.. I think it could take a while for either of them to talk to each other but once they do warm up to each other it'll just be.. WAIT I THINJ THEIR FRIENDSHIP COULD BE SO CUTE! like Hiro wordlessly offering MianMian her favorite sweets when she seems down, or MianMian quietly standing by his side when he doesn’t want to face the world. They wouldn’t need to talk much to feel at ease with each other. Just sitting together, studying, or sharing snacks especially sweet since they're both a sweet tooth

HECK YEAH!! I’ll try to make it somewhat short since my brain short circuited today but lets go!
Runie - Step 1 - Puppy crush, thinks shes absolutely adorable and basically wanted to be the knight to her princess even of hes like.. passed out most of the time. Very childish crushes!
Step 2- Close friends, he grew out of his crush phase and started seeing her as like, a really good friend. Sometimes people think they still have a crush on her but Runie is just very affectionate, especially to her and their other close friends. He’s still very loving towards her and sees her as someone he wants in his life.
Step 3- Platonic Adoration, they reallyy realllyyyy love her. You know that thing people say that “Friends dont look at friends like that.” Runie thinks that statement is crazy, because, he loves his friends! Runie loves Mianmian like its easy, he likes spending time with her, being with her. Shes made a space inside his heart for her basically.
Step 4- same thing as step 3 but he accepts the fact that Mianmian is just really someone special. His heart already saved her a spot inside it, and he Runie thinks that people who say that what he feels isnt platonic, is crazy! How couldnt he not love Mianmian when shes made herself a special piece in his life? Thats his buddy! >:/
They grow a bit distant after step 2 but id like to think that they grew closer at school whenever they have classes together :3

MianMian would totally be very close to him on Step 1, as they're this close and Runie seems to understand and like her company, she'll even think of him as her best friend, the one she'll always have a soft spot for, being more gentle with him and actively trying to show him she cares.
For Step 2, MianMian understands him well, she knows how affectionate Runie is, and she reciprocates it easier than in step 1, she'll hug, hold hands, let Runie sleep on her shoulder or lap, she touches very few people, Runie is one of the people she doesn't have this limit, she apreciates him very much and knows she wants him to be in her life forever!
In Step 3, MianMian will always have a spot for him in her heart, like, Runie is one of the most important people on her life, she doesn't let much people see how vulnerable she is, she hates this intimacy, but she doesn't mind If It's him, because she knows she trusts him the most.
Step 4 is like Step 3, but now, MianMian is more open with her feelings, now, she initiates contact too, doesn't wait for him to do so as when she was younger, MianMian now feels completely secure to do so, because, she knows deeply in her heart, she loves Runie just the way he says he loves her too, how could she not love her friends? They're very lovable, especially Runie.
I’ll try not to make this too long because I have a hard time condensing my thought.
She and Bacon may or may not get along, at least in step 1. Bacon is a really happy and friendly person, but can be rather loud and hyperactive and has a hard time reading social cues. So interacting with Bacon in step 1 can be very exhausting at times, he does calm down a bit in step 2 though. So, I’m not sure how MianMian would react to Bacon. They could probably bond over their mutual sweet tooth though.
Although I think Kathryne would have a major crush on MianMian as she loves cute girls, I don’t think the two would get along in the beginning to be honest. KitKat doesn’t speak English in step 1. She’s also afraid of new people, constantly cold and tired, and brutally honest. All this made her appear to be very unfriendly and rude. The two could only be friends if MianMian actively tried to get closer the her in step 1 as she’s extremely closed off by step 2. I imagine MianMian would like KitKat’s clothing, approach her to compliment and ask about them, then be met with nothing but a silent stare as KitKat only understood about 6 of the words spoken to her.

Rafaic, no matter who she's with, even older kids, tends to mother people a little. It's easy for her to get along with most others so I think she'd be very laid-back and friendly but also a little overprotective over MianMian! Would probably have a pocket of her favorite candy at all times and give it to her throughout the week, methinks. They'd probably regularly meet up to chat about something lighthearted over drinks like lemonade or sweet tea (Though Rafi might accidentally yap on and on about the cool haunted place she found that's really close by for a bit too long).
