I started this VN wit the revamp, but the current ending got mee squirrmmiinng. I couldn't help myself and finished the rough draft. Now I am crying, for the ending or because I can never experience this masterpiece for the first time again? Well... yes
Brilliant writing and brilliant storytelling. I am not into VN's but this might be the sole exception (and any of your future works [this is a plea attempt]).
so my official answer on any sequels or follow-ups has been that right now, i have nothing planned but i also didn't plan much of this story. i sorta write as i go. but, without saying spoilers, i worked hard on the end to check a lot of boxes for a lot of different types of readers. essentially a sequel would have to undo most of that work. i'm open to doing that but there would have to be a purpose to it. everything in the story really has a purpose so a sequel or continuation would be the same way. so the only way i'd really want to continue the story is if i feel like i could do it better than the first one. lot of sequels anymore just seem like a cash grab and i'm not about that life.
