Heya arthurlin! It looks like you need to update the height of the tile map! I highly recommend downloading the example tileset for tiled, but here's a screen shot from that so you can just adjust what you've got already ^^ 

I have the same issue as you. In my case i think it is just because i am not so good with Tiled. My first time with hex tiles. I am sorry I am not able to help. I hope you figured it out. I may just look for another program to use.  Good luck.
