This game is a lot of fun and really rewards engaging with it deeply. Are you using a specific word list? Because some words that I think should be valid (pram, chum) are being rejected and that can make planning a board out frustrating.

Yeah, first word I put in was 'bide' which wasn't recognised, and I couldn't work out what was going on until I realised the game wasn't registering it as a word. 'Lids' is also not a word, apparently.

Thanks for the feedback! The general rule for the word list is common words and no plurals. I can see how 'bide' could be considered a common word, and I'll keep reviewing the list.

'Lids' is plural, so it isn't included, but a quick shuffle might reveal a valid word!

Glad you're having fun! We use a specific word list (which are mainly common words and no plurals) to keep the game accessible and straightforward to all , so not every possible word is included. I see how 'pram' and 'chum' might seem like good fits and I will review the word list .
Fun fact: Sometimes a quick shuffle can reveal valid words!
